Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow additional processing time during launches, high-volume periods, or limited drops.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

All domestic orders are shipped through USPS with tracked delivery.

Estimated delivery times:
- USPS Ground Advantage: 3–5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

We currently ship worldwide.

International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their country.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Tephra is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Tephra is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
